Brief Introduction: The herb Herba Agastachis is the dried aerial part of Agastache rugosus(Fisch.et Mey.)O.Ktze.(family Labiatae), used in a similar way to cablin patchouli. The herb is commonly known as Herba Agastachis, Agastache, Cablin Potchouli Herb, Wrinkled Gianthyssop Herb, or Huò Xiānɡ.

Leaves opposite; Petiole 1~4 cm long; Leaf blade elliptic ovate or ovate, 2~8 cm long, 1~5 cm wide, apex acute or shortly acuminate, base rounded or slightly cordate, margin irregularly obtusate, teeth rounded; Glabrous above or subglabrous, scattered with transparent glandular points, pubescent below. Stems sometimes with spikes at the top of the rosette, earthy brown. It is fragrant, light and cool. The herb with stem branch color green, leaf much, the aroma is better.
