  • What information do I need to provide in consulting?

    Pre Service Guide Answer: For the consulting service help, You need simply > write us an email with below content:
    (1).A brief introduction or a simple self-description about health question you care(or in a detailed self-description if you would like). And,

    (2).Provide your contact information for an account set up(Pls read at: What contact information is needed for an account set up?)

     Inquiry Sheet With carefully read the self-descriptions of your case, herbalist will help you to set up an account, and then send you an Inquiry Form Sheet, you need to fill it with basic answers and feedback for our herbalist to help you, and answer other relevant questions if necessary.

    (3).Fill the Inquiry Form Sheet. > Write back to us with the Inquiry Form Sheet with your answers.

  • Do I need to set up an account for consulting service?

  • Do I need to provide a self-description?

Please understand you should always provide correct and exact information in self-descriptions, fill the inquiry form sheet, answer the related questions correctly, and most importantly you should answer it honestly for your goodness.

    Our herbalist will make a reasonable judgment and differentiation according to the self-description and answers provided by you, the exactness of the self-description and the correct of the answers you provided and answered with the inquiry form, the fewest mistakes our herbalist could make when helping you with a proper and reasonable service, so you better be honest if you need our herbalist to help you correctly!

  • What type information could I use to consult?

    What type information could I use to consult? Answer: In common conditions, you simply need to write a self-description to describe your problem, fill the inquiry form sheet, answer relevant questions. For self-descriptions, you can use detailed descriptions in the text, you can also use a photo, picture, drawing, voice email, etc, when you send an attachment photo or document in an email, better make sure scan it by anti-virus software, so it could be downloaded successfully.

    In common conditions, if a tongue manifestation is necessary for the syndrome identification, you will need to follow the guide and send a timely taken photo of your tongue. If it is not necessary, you will not need to send it;

    In the condition a complexion manifestation is necessary, you will need to follow the guide and send a timely taken photo of yourself. If it is not necessary, you will not need to send it.

     In brief, our professional consulting services could be classified into four major types at present:

     (I).The first major types are consulting services helpful for our client to get help for recovering from related syndromes, including (1).Basic Consulting Service for Syndrome Differentiation and maintenance of TCM. (2).Premium Consulting Service for Syndrome Differentiation and maintenance.

  • Can I contact support 24/7? What is the available time?

     The service is normally only available in working hours, which means your relevant questions in consulting will be replied in working hours.

  • How do I contact herbalist?

     Common consulting inquiries are handled in weekdays and opening hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:30 pm & Sat 8:00 am-12:00 am.

  • Is my area in the service scope?

    FAQs Icon service scope Answer: The consulting services are available to our clients with communication ability in English, or Traditional Chinese, have an account with tcmfans. club, in the condition you are welcomed according to our terms (TOS, AUP), and if herbalist would also like to help you, except the conditions we could not help, and you can keep contact with email, the service is available!

  • How long do I need to wait for a email help reply?

    FAQs Icon email help reply Answer: To better help our clients, we will always respond to help you as soon as possible, however, email consulting for clients with an account is handled in the order marked by the sequence of the date/time and urgency level in which they are received.   • Is there other contact support way available too?

    Answer: Email-based service support for the services available is provided at no extra cost.

     Another contact method is available if it is necessary: the communication by skype is an option if necessary, it supports messages, text, photo, voice communication, for better communication. In common conditions, it is not necessary.

  • What type clients are welcomed or not welcomed?

    FAQs Icon clients are welcomed Answer: The cultured clients are welcomed: please understand that our clients better understand some concepts of TCM, or could understand basic terms related to health questions; or,

     Please understand that our clients should have basic communication skills, at least he or she could write a simple (or detailed) self-description, could understand and answer related basic questions, could read and understand decoction guide and administration guide.

     Those not welcomed: please understand that we do not welcome (1).those do not believe in TCM,(2).muslims.

  • The Ways our clients will be treated?

     Answer: What our clients could expect in consulting are some basic ways:

    we care client We do care about the relevant needs of our clients: the specific conditions or the better health aim our client would like to achieve with the services, and the possibility of the aim is defined as relevant to our service, will be cared for.

    we care client comments  Respect the experience of clients: we care about the customer’s real conditions in consulting and experience, the real conditions are defined as conditions from self-description of our clients and conditions identified by our herbalist.

     Keep the promises: we do not promise a "100% satisfaction" but guarantee satisfaction for most cases. We routinely perform the service agreement with our clients, which means we help for the relevant question of the consulting service and try to help our clients to settle it with the relevant service and efforts, this is possible. Or in the condition, if all available consulting services could not help our clients, we will also notify the truth!

    Honesty is the best policy You are not a number: we will not treat you as a number in the condition you are welcomed, instead, in the condition you are also in a good cooperation, we will treat you in the way a man or lady wants to be treated, as similar to what we want to be treated.

     Honest: we try to be honest, and friendly, in the condition you are welcomed.

  • My exam result said it is normal, but I am Not well in fact, could I seek consulting help?

Please understand this is very common, logically it is because actually the exams do Not know why you are not well and could Not identify your syndrome in its exactness, so its result already told you that "its result is normal" and "you are well." But actually, you know that you are not well.

     This is a common case our clients might meet: in some case, you are just in a "sub-health status"; in some case, you might suffer from a real syndrome which the exams could not identify. You could seek help, and our herbalist would like to help you.

  • Could I pay for the help for one of my relative or my friend?

    FAQs Icon help for one of my friend Answer: Yes. Please understand you need provided basic contact information of yours and your relative's or your friend's in its exactness.

     Please understand that you need to contact as the agent of your relative or your friend if it is not convenient for your relative or your friend to communicate directly with own effort.

     You need to contact us and introduce the case of your relative or your friend, and your relative or your friend better contact directly if it is convenient to communicate with own effort.

  • What kind of conditions or cases we could not help?

    antecedents and consequences? Answer: We are glad to help our clients, as long as the case is in the service scope! But please understand in certain specific cases or conditions, our herbalist is unable to help, normally including below-listed conditions but not limited to:

     » (1).There are big understanding problems between our herbalist and client-side, for an example, language barrier, understanding of TCM terminology or health terms, etc.; or
     » (2).The client would not like to tell the symptoms or problems of real condition honestly with a self-description or has difficulty to understand and fill the Inquiry Form Sheet; or
     » (3).The client holds a habit of eating and drinking without temperance, or indulges in sensual pleasures and excessive lust, look down his or her own "nature and life" or not really care about them and would not like to change these habits during the service period; or
     » (4).The client lives a life against regular work and rest orders (such as often overwork, often stay up too late or stay up all night, often do not take meals on time, etc.), and would not like to change these habits during the service period; Or the client's working environment is harmful to health and they could not change it; or
     » (5).In the condition the TOS(Term of Service) or the AUP(Acceptable Use Policy), or other agreement is violated;
     » (6).The client is very thin and emaciated, could not take herb recipes or could not bear the potency of the recipe, Or the client is in a state Yin and Yang repelling each other, visceral-Qi not in order; Or in a state Zang and Fu-viscera are in a collapsed state, blood collaterals in a chaotic order, exhaustion and collapse of all the three: Jing (the Essence), Qi(the Essential Qi), and Vitality(the spirit or Shen);
     » (7).The client's abnormal visceral color occurs(the abnormal visceral color in TCM, for examples:①.the skin color looks green similar to withered green grass,②.the skin color looks yellow similar to dried Fructus aurantii immaturus, a withered yellow lost luster or brightness,③.the skin color looks black similar to the color of coals;④. the skin color looks red similar to clotted blood; ⑤.the skin color looks too white similar to dry bones;)
     » (8).The client's career is or ever was a butcher, or in cooperation with a butcher, or other careers ever hurt many other forms of lives;
     » (9).The client's condition was handled by another herbalist of TCM, and already getting better;
     » (10).The pathogenic reasons or syndrome could not be identified by our herbalist; or might due to unknown reasons which could not be understood in TCM;

     ✦Please understand that in above listed cases, our herbalist is unable to help for reasons:
     » (Ⅰ).It is very difficult to handle and help, for example, the conditions described in (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), which means it is predictable that the condition will surely get worse, or the recipes efficacy will be negatively counteracted and eliminated by unchangeable habits, the efforts of our herbalist and client is surely just wasting time and money; or
     » (Ⅱ).It is very difficult to handle and help, for example, the conditions described in (6),(7), and other cases not listed here, which means such a condition is normally defined as a type of very difficult or incurable.
     » (Ⅲ).It will violate certain traditional taboos of herbalists, for example, the conditions described in (8), (9), herbalist respect and abide by those traditional taboos, as a result, could not offer help in such a condition; or
     » (IV).To handle such a condition is out of the ability from herbalist, for example, the conditions described in (10).

  • Can I ask questions and help for my pets or puppy?

    can you help my pets? Answer: Please understand that our consulting services are only helpful for human beings at present.

     If you need some help for your pets, your puppy, your kitten, or your birds, better seek help from a veterinarian who might know how to help your pets better than an herbalist.

  • Will my privacy and information be protected?

    Privacy protection Answer:Yes. We care and provide protection on our client's privacy. Please understand that the privacy of our client is protected, any information you provided is protected by the Privacy Policy. We handle every consulting service with absolute confidentiality and discretion, reasonable necessary measures for privacy protection are installed and deployed, you can be assured of your complete and total privacy. Your information is totally secured and protected, and nothing needs to worry!
